I always thought that fish did not leave the water but in the article I learned that the mud skipper can actually leave the water to feed and it they actually use the water in their mouth to manipulate the food to their needs.

I thought it was pretty cool that a type of fish could actually get out of the water to feed. Mud skippers are able to feed outside the water and use the water for things they need.

I didn't know that fish had lungs and can breathe on land or in water. They use their mouth to do a lot of their work, like eating. They look like big fat stick looking creatures.

I think its cool how the mud skippers can use suction feeding to gulp in their prey, its interesting how the water in their mouth replaces the tongue. Its also cool that they can pick off their prey from land.

I find it interesting that it uses the water in its mouth to help catch prey. And it can also use suction feeding. I also think that when the mudskippers come on land is extraordinary, cause not any fish can just go on land.

I thought that it was interesting to learn about catfish and eels and can feed on the ground even though they are an underwater animal. I also thought that it was cool to learn that fish can sometimes feed of of other fish.

I thought it was interesting to find out how mudskippers eat or how most land eating amphibians catch their food. I did not know that if they do not have a tongue they catch it with water in their mouths to lure in their prey by making them think it is the ocean or type of body of water.

I didnt know that the animals put water in their mouths to trick the animals they are trying ot eat and also because they use the water in their mouths as a tongue if they dont have one. It was informing to learn about how the mudskipper works and I did not know an animal like that exists so it was interesting to find out different things about it like how it eats and how that process works.

I thought that the article was very interesting talking about how mud skipper's manage to survive on land by keeping water in there mouth. This can show how intelligent how some other animals can be.

I found this article very interesting because I didn't know that these fish can even feed off of land with using different skills. One of the things that really fascinated me was that these fish have the intelligence to walk on land with water in there mouth in order to feed themselves. Another example of these kinds of fish would be catfish and eels who also feed off of land for survival. Its amazing how these animals have the intelligence to come up with these methods overtime.

I find it very interesting that a sea animal can go on land to feed, and go back in the sea for what they need. Also i think its cool that they can go under water to help them grab and manipulate their prey.

I think it is pretty cool that fish use suction feeding to hunt on their prey so that they can go right into their mouth.

I find this cool how amphibians catch prey on land from water with their tongues is pretty cool how they eat. Also the process of suction feeding and take all the water then basically separate the food and water.

I thought that it was cool that fish could also go on land and even hunt prey. With that advantage mudskippers could easily survive in the wild.
